DEPLOYMENT POST-MORTEM · D2C WELLNESS & SKINCARE

How Mystiqare Built AI-Visible Skincare Authority.

This D2C skincare AEO deployment used a governed skincare content strategy to improve skincare AI visibility. From November 2025 to May 2026, Mystiqare expanded its structured knowledge footprint from 5 to 289 nodes; in the final recorded month, the programme reported 174,567 search impressions, 3,465 organic traffic, and 231 direct conversions.

THE STRUCTURAL CHALLENGE

Specific buyer questions were buried in generic skincare content.

Mystiqare operated in a heavily saturated D2C category, rated internally at 9.8/10 for competition. Broad queries were crowded by established publishers and large advertisers, while acquisition costs remained tied to paid-media pressure.

“What ceramide routine works for high humidity and pollution in Delhi?”
THE BOTTLENECK

Formulation evidence lacked high-specificity structure.

Mystiqare’s product and ingredient knowledge was available on conventional pages, but it was not consistently organized around combinations of climate, pollution, active ingredients, and skin-barrier recovery.

THE MANDATE

Make approved knowledge easier to retrieve.

The deployment needed to map nuanced consumer intent, connect each answer to approved product evidence, and build useful discovery paths beyond generic skincare keywords.

THE INFRASTRUCTURE IMPACT MATRIX

THE AGENTIC PROTOCOL IN ACTION

Four operating layers translated category complexity into structured discovery.

Each layer had a defined role: identify high-specificity demand, structure the answer, validate the claim, and extend approved knowledge beyond the owned domain.

01

Radix Agent · Opportunity mapping

Execution. Scanned multi-turn consumer prompts across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google for combinations of climate, ingredients, and skin concerns.

Reported result. Mapped more than 9,800 intent vectors spanning dry heat, humidity, pollution, active ingredients, and skin-barrier recovery.

02

Architect Agent · Multimodal authority grid

Execution. Synthesized structured, machine-readable payloads for specific intersections in the mapped intent space.

Reported result. Produced 289 Knowledge Nodes, 2,467 intent-mapped FAQs, and 742 visual assets for organic and AI retrieval.

03

Adjudicator Agent · Claim validation

Execution. Checked ingredient and product language against Mystiqare’s approved clinical evidence before publication.

Control objective. Reduce hallucination risk and keep published claims aligned with approved formulation evidence.

04

Distribution Protocol · Third-party syndication

Execution. Extended approved knowledge into relevant external networks during the reporting period.

Reported result. Deployed 873 trust seedings intended to strengthen third-party discovery and authority signals.

FINANCIAL & BUSINESS IMPACT

Discovery infrastructure became a measurable conversion channel.

The programme’s commercial readout appeared as structured coverage, organic traffic, search impressions, and reported direct conversions expanded across the same seven-period sequence.

FINAL-PERIOD OUTCOME231

Reported direct conversions in Month 7.

Internal telemetry attributed the final-period conversions to organic AI and search discovery. The supplied data does not split AI referrals from conventional organic search.

DISCOVERY SCALE61.2×

Reported growth in search impressions.

Impressions increased from 2,853 in the initial period to 174,567 in the final period as the structured knowledge and distribution footprint expanded.

BUILD DURABLE DISCOVERY
